Recently my water heater leaked and needless to say, I had some water damage in my home...including mold.  My homeowner's insurance company sent SERVPRO out to do the mold remediation.  I have to say that hands down, ALL of the SERVPRO employees whom I had contact with were extremely professional and easy to get along with.  Amid this Covid-19 pandemic, where they find themselves extremely busy doing Covid-19 sanitation/clean-up, I honestly felt like I too was a priority.  No questions I had were too dumb to answer.  Each and every one of them took their time to explain and made sure I understood the work that was to be done.  It has been a long time since I have experienced such outstanding customer service.  It's the little things that count: they were always on time, honest and forthcoming about the work that was to be done, and they called back if I had questions or concerns.  These guys are the best!!!

We had a strange smell coming out of a cabinet.  We called SERVPRO and they came out immediately and did an inspection FREE OF CHARGE.  Other companies wanted to charge up to $100 just to come and look at the problem.

I highly recommend their professional approach to solving problems.
